A huge thanks to Brenda Read-Brown for handing over Poetry on Loan in such fine shape. Here's hoping we don't mess it up, and can keep up Brenda's amazing work. We've hit the ground running and are grafting hard to get to know all the lovely library staff who we'll be working with and for. We've already set up and run some lovely events with many more to follow, so do keep your eyes open for announcements on that front. Only yesterday there was poetry on demand happening in Ledbury Library, with more of the same going on this coming Saturday in Hereford Library on 9th December. Do pop along and find Sara-Jane Arbury who will be penning verse for library visitors. What else are we up to? Oh yes, we're currently working on a 'Health and Wellbeing' training course for library staff and poets. The recommends are starting to come in for our next poetry leaflet.
